During the meeting participants discussed final findings and recommendations to the Institutional Reform Plan draft produced by Marta Jaroszewicz, Head of Department for Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova of the Centre for Eastern Studies. Also the issues regarding tasks, activities of the Institutional Reform Plan, needs of the external assistance were negotiated and there were made remarks and motions on finalization of IRP draft.

In the meeting took part representatives of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, State Migration Service, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Social Policy and Administration of State Border Service.

Natalia Kyrychenko, Deputy Director of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the standards of the EU also participated in the meeting.
