Meeting on preparation of Twinning contract of Twinning project “Further development of National Accreditation Agency of Ukraine (NAAU) capacities according to European practices” was held

On June 2, 2011 at the premises of National Accreditation Agency of Ukraine a meeting on preparation of Twinning contract of Twinning project “Further development of National Accreditation Agency of Ukraine (NAAU) capacities according to European practices” was held.

Implementation of the project will be performed by the consortium of United Kingdom and Germany.

During the meeting issues concerning preparation of the contract and timetable of it preparation was discussed, proposals to activities of project implementation were presented by the involved parties.

Following a meeting it was decided to prepare a draft Twinning-contract, taking into account proposals concerning activities, and agreed that the next mission of partners in Ukraine will be held in July 2011.

Mr Volodymyr Yakubov, MS Project Leader, Mr Hugh B. Berridge, RTA, Ms Tamara Schramm, Project manager, BAM (Germany), Mr Richard Collin, representative of British Standards Institution, Mr Volodymyr Chekalin, Head of NAAU, Mr Valeriy Krasiuk, RTA counterpart from the Beneficiary and other representatives of NAAU participated in the meeting.

From Twinning Programme Administration Office (PAO) project manager Iryna Luchynska, took part in the meeting.
