In the premises of the Academy of Science of Ukraine UEPLAC conducts a seminar on Institutional and Legal Frameworks for the EU External Action

On 8 June 2011 Ukrainian-European Policy and Legal Advice Centre (UEPLAC) is holding a seminar on the Institutional and Legal Frameworks for the EU External Action for the senior officials of the Ukrainian central legislative and executive authorities in charge of the cooperation with the EU.

The Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union represents at the event head of the Sector for Knowledge Management Viktor Kozlov and head of the Sector for Twinning Projects Coordination Olesya Tsykaliuk.

This training event is designed to explore the following topical matters in-depth:

· European Union`s Remodelled Architecture and its Embodiment;

· EU External Action: Key Objectives, Elements and Profile of the European External Action Service ;

· Legal Platform for the EU External Action;

· EU-Third Countries Association Relations Dynamics.
