Working meeting on Twinning project for NAPA

On May 18, 2011 at the premises of National Academy of Public Administration under the Office of the President of Ukraine (NAPA) a meeting „Creation the new system of civil servants training in Ukraine: tasks and instruments” in the framework of Twinning project "Support to the Development and Improvement of the Civil Servants Training System in Ukraine" implementation. Beneficiary of the project are NAPA and the Main Department of Civil Service of Ukraine (MDSCU).

The aim of the meeting was to present draft of the strategy concept of improvement of the training civil servants system in Ukraine which was elaborated by Twinning experts. Elaborated and approved variant of the concept draft should be the result of implementation of the first project component

During the meeting experts of the Twinning project presented draft 2 of the strategy concept and MDSCU and NAPA representatives made their remarks and comments to it.

In the meeting took part representatives of Administration of the President of Ukraine, Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine,National Academy of Public Administration under the Office of the President of Ukraine, Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, experts, RTA and representatives of other international projects.

Also the event was attended by Viacheslav Tolkovanov, first the Deputy Head of MDCSU, Ol’ha Yuhnovs’ka, Head of Main Civil Service Professional Training in Ukraine and Olesya Tsykaliuk, Project coordinator of the Twinning Administration Office.
