During the meeting the proposals to implementation of the project were presented by the EU member states. In particular, Mr Robert Huigen, proposed Project Leader, Manager international projects, Netherlands Standardization Institute (NEN), presented the proposal of Netherlands in the consortium with Sweden. While the proposal of British in the consortium with Germany was presented by the proposed Project Leader from British Standards Institution (BIS) Mr Volodymyr Yakubov.

Mr Pieter van Vliet, First Secretary, Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Ms Victoria Tarasenko-Gresko, senior assistant economic affairs, Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Ms Katarina Wenell, International Coordinator, SWEDAC, Mr. Oleg Chevtchenko, proposed RTA from consortium Netherlands – Sweden, Ms Judith Gardiner, Deputy Head of Mission, British Embassy, Ms Svitlana Yavorska, Head of projects department, British Embassy, Ms Tamara Schramm, Project manager, BAM, Mr Hugh B. Berridge, proposed RTA from consortium British-Germany, Ms Vitaliya Mudruk and Mr Michal Gorzynski, sector managers, EU Delegation to Ukraine, took part in the selection meeting. From the Beneficiary (NAAU) RTA counterpart Mr Valeriy Krasiuk participated in the meeting.

From Twinning Programme Administration Office (PAO) project manager Iryna Luchynska, took part in the meeting.
