During the meeting the proposals to implementation of the project were presented by the EU member states. In particular, Mr François Cholley, Head of Regulation & Resources Department in the High Council for Industry, Energy and Technologies, Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry, presented the proposal of France in the consortium with Lithuania and Finland. While the proposal of Spain in the consortium with Latvia and Sweden was presented by the proposed Project Leader from Spain Mr Fabio del Alisal.

Mr Fabio del Alisal, proposed Project Leader from Spain,  Mr. Ola Bergström, junior Project Leader from Sweden,  Mr. Edvin Karnitis, proposed RTA from Latvia, representatives of NCCR Ms Iryna Polishchuk, NCCR Board Member, and Head of International Cooperation Unit of NCCR Ms Tetyana Fafmagey, representatives from EU Delegation to Ukraine – Vira Rybak, Olga Simak and Mihal Gorzynski, Head of Twinning Projects Coordination Sectorof Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the EU Olesia Tsykaliuk, Head of Sector for International Cooperation Projects of the Center/ manager of this Twinning project Nadiia Kyzytska and others also took part in the selection meeting.
