The National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service together with the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union and the Ukrainian School of Governance in partnership with the Hans Seidel Foundation in Ukraine conduct online training on a general short-term training programme “Innovative Personnel Management Technologies”.

The second part of such training took place on October 23, 2020 in the format of Zoom-training with the participation of representatives of the Bavarian School of Management and focused on the study of innovative management tasks and instruments as key aspects in personnel management technologies. It also reviewed new management approaches and principles, current models of leadership styles and managerial competencies.

More than 100 civil servants of categories “B” and “C” from 13 government authorities joined the training.
