The meeting was dedicated to the discussion of the first draft of mentioned Plan developed by Main Department of the Civil Service of Ukraine.

Among the participants of the meting were representatives of interested authorities – Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Social Policy, Security Service, State Centre for Employment, and Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine.

The meeting was opened by Deputy Director of the Centre for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union Ms Nataliya Kyrychenko who presented main points of draft Plan and proposals for further development of the draft.

A number of amendments on structure and some statements of the draft Plan were expressed by representatives of public authorities and Delegation of the EU to Ukraine.

The participants agreed that the adoption of the State Migration Concept would allow detailing main statements of the Plan clearer and voted for optimisation of further work on the draft Plan by using e-mail correspondence in working
