Pavlo Mikhailidi, President of Ukrainian Union of Crisis Managers, presented information regarding development of self-regulation institutions as part of administrative reform.
Natalia Kyrychenko, Deputy Director of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union, Deputy Director of Twinning Programme Administration Office (PAO) informed participants regarding external assistance instrument TAIEX, reasons and grounds of the professional associations to its application, including the possibility of implementation.
In the seminar took part representatives of the 36 public organizations.
