Among the participants were representatives of concerned public authorities – Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, Ministry of Finance, State Tax Administration of Ukraine, Main Department of the Civil Service, and experts of the project “Harmonisation of Competition and Public Procurement Systems in Ukraine with EU Standards” financed by the European Union. Main Department of the Civil Service of Ukraine was represented by project manager of the sector of projects in the field of administrative reform, SIGMA and CIB of the Centre for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union Mr Serhii Trotsenko.
