The aim of the project was to discuss main features and procedures of Twinning in Ukraine. A special emphasis was put on cooperation in the framework of Twinning with the EU member states Poland and Germany.

Piotr Kazmierkiewicz, polish expert from Institute of Public Affairs, Oleksander Gnedykh, sectoral manager of Administrative Reform, SIGMA and СІВ Projects Sector and Olesia Tsykalyuk, sectoral manager of Twinning Projects Coordination Sector, PAO took part in the meeting.
