Assignment to Tbilisi (Georgia) is going on

Assignment of Deputy Director of Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union Nataiya Kyrychenko to Tbilisi (Georgia) is going on.

Today, on February 24, 2011 Nataliya Kyrychenko took part at the first day of workshop on Institutional Building and CIB Programme Implementation.

The participants of the workshop are PAO’s representatives of ENPI East countries and Georgian Public Institutions representatives.

Mr. Giorgi Baramidze, Vice Prime Minister/State Minister on European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Georgia opened the event with welcoming messages.

Roman Kakulia, head of EU programmes Coordinating Department, Programme Administration Office presented the progress in Twinning, TAIEX and SIGMA activities in Georgia.

During the workshop PAO representatives of ENPI East countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Moldova and Ukraine) presented Twinning experience and discussed on the progress, challenges and issues. Nataliya Kyrychenko delivered the experience of Ukraine with the presentation “Twinning, TAIEX and SIGMA in Ukraine”.

The next day, it is planned to discuss the state of play regarding the preparation of the Institutional Reform Plans of the recipient institutions of the CIB program, particularly methodology, current status and experience of the Institutional Reforms Plans preparation in ENPI East countries.
