Iryna Protchenko, Director of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service o the Standards of the European Union made a speech and highlighted the mportance of the international technical assistance instruments Twinning and TAIEX during public administration reform, in particular effectiveness for the public servants in the context of their duties and tasks in the field of uropean integration.

Olesya Tsykaliuk, Head of the Twinning Programme Cooperation Sector informed participants about application of the institutional instrument of the European integration Twinning, its peculiarities, principles and mechanisms of the implementation.

Svitlana Repik, Head of the TAIEX Issues Sector presented information regarding application of the institutional building instrument TAIEX  in Ukraine, objectives and bases of the TAIEX instrument, in particular its using on the regional level.

In the events took part representatives of the Crimea Governments, Sevastopol City Counsel, executive authorities of the ARC and Sevastopol, local government.
