The aim of the meeting was discussing the first draft of the Twinning project "Improvement of the Policy Framework in the Sphere of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy and its Approximation to the Requirements of the EU Legislation".
In the meeting participated: Gabriel Blanc, Sector Manager - Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, European Commission, Skirmantas Pileckas, Framework Expert on Twinning project preparation, Oksana Drannik, expert of the international technical assistance, Olena Kozlovtseva, head of the department of law of the Agency, and Vitaliy Bolyuta, principal specialist of the international law division of the Agency.
In the meeting took part also representative of the Twinning Programme Administration Office Iryna Luchynska, Twinning Project Manager, PAO.
