The Steering Committee meeting was held in the premises of National Electricity Regulatory Commission. There were discussed activities realizations in the framework of the fifth quarterly period (from 18.09.2010 to 17.12.2010). Also the participants reviewed the report and general project progress by Component and planned of the project implementation in next quarter. 

Carlo Crea, MS Project Leader (Italy), Sergiy Dunailo, NERC, Olga Simak, Sector Manager of Delegation of the European Commission to Ukraine, Lemlem Said Issa, Resident Twinning Adviser (RTA), Olena Romanyuk, RTA-Assistant, Oliviero Bernardini, Short-term expert (STE), Oksana Shumilo, leading specialist of NERC strategic planning and energy markets development department took part in the meeting.

Twinning Programme Administration Office (PAO) was represented by project manager Ms Iryna Luchynska.

Next Steering Committee Meeting will held on May 12, 2011.

On the meeting meeting on preparation Twinning project "Strengthening the Protection and Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights in Ukraine were discussed the aims of the project, mandatory results and also plans regarding the Twinning Fiche preparation schedule during the meeting.

The following persons participated in the meeting: Mihal Gorzynski, EU Project Coordinator, Private Sector and Innovative Policy, Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine, State Service of Intellectual Property Rights of Ukraine representatives, Olesia Tsykalyuk and Iryna Luchynska, project managers of the Twinning Programme Administration Office.
