During the meeting institutional needs of public authorities in this area were discussed, including the need to change existing legislation to EU requirements, reform / optimization of management system in the sector, the need of the introduction of e-governance and in developing strategic documents in the sector etc. Also it was discussed mechanisms of IRP development in state aid area and technical assistance already available in the sphere.

Chairman of the meeting was Acting Director of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union Andriy Bega. Deputy Director of the Center Natalia Kyrychenko made a presentation on the peculiarities of IRP preparation in the sphere. From the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union meeting also was attended by Head of the Unit for CIB Programme Coordination Olexandr Hnyedyh and seniour consultant of this unit Serhiy Trotsenko.
