The 1st day of the event was dedicated to discussion of main characteristics of effective coordination systems, comparative overview of international and EaP countries practices. Among the speakers wereMr Keit Kasemets, Strategy Director of Estonian Government Office, Mr Peter Saramo, Councellor of the Grand Committee of Finish Parliament, head of the EU coordination Department of Ministry of Foreign affairs of Latvia Guna Japina and others.
Today’s plenary session is devoted to roles and functions of the key institutions in the process of public administration reforms.
The attendees of the seminar are representatives of EU member states and Eastern Partnership countries. Ukraine is represented by Deputy Director of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union/Twinning Programme Administration Office Nataliya Kyrychenko, participants from the Bureau for European Integration, Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
The event is organized by the Estonian Diplomatic School jointly with the European Commission and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia.
