Today’s plenary session is dedicated to discussion of key acute and future challenges of coordination in the process of public administration reforms. Dr Per Wijkman, Free Trade Expert for the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, will come forward with the presentation about national capacities for negotiating and communicating with EU institutions. And H.E. Kostiantyn Yelisieiev will share the experience of Ukraine in Association Agreement negotiations.  Round table for introducing and discussing other country experiences to be held in the format of this day.

 The event is organized by the Estonian Diplomatic School jointly with the European Commission and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia.
