During the meeting representatives of the Center presented the features of functioning of such Institution Building Instrument as Twinning in Eastern Partnership countries, including Ukraine, spoke about the steps and procedures for preparation and implementation of projects and commitments in this process of partner parties, PAO Twinning, Delegation of European Union to Ukraine etc.

State Treasury at the meeting was represented by the Head of Division for Institutional Control Tatiana Sydorenko, Head of Division for Changes Research and Strategic Development of Maksym Borovsky, Head of Unit for Cooperation with International Financial Institutions r Lyudmila Voroshkevych and others. From the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service the Standards of the European Union the meeting was attended by Head of Sector for Cooperation with the SIGMA Programme Olesya Tsykaliuk and Senior Consultant of the Twinning and SIGMA instruments coordination Unit Nadiia Kyzytska.
