On October 26, 2010 the Steering Committee meeting of the Twinning project "Support to Transport Policy Design and Implementation in Ukraine” took place in the premises of the Ministry Transport and Communications of Ukraine

During the meeting representatives of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine expressed satisfaction with the decision to extend the project for another 2,5 months. Also participants discussed coordination and organizational issues, implementation of activities during the seventh quarterly period (from 05.07.2010 to 04.10.2010) and planned of the project implementation in next quarter.

Peter Mueckenhausen, MS Project Leader (Germany), Gerd Kaschell, Resident Twinning Adviser (RTA), Grigoriy Legenky, RTA Counterpart, Antonina Kuzmenko, MTCU, Jurate Juodsnukyte, Sector Manager Transport, Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine, Iryna Luchynska, project manager from PAO, Olesya Tsykaliuk, Head of SIGMA cooperation sector, PAO, Les Cheesman, Team Leader of TEN-T-Project, Victor Borysiuk RTA-Assistant and Oleksandr Dyachuk, MTCU took part in the meeting.

Next Steering Committee Meeting will held on December 14, 2010.
