Participants discussed issues which appear during of the events organization, further steps in the TAIEX instrument implementation, in particular using TAIEX instrument on the regional level.
Andriy Vyshnevsky, Deputy Head of the Main Department of the Civil Service of Ukraine/Director of Twinning Programme Administration Office welcomed participants. Jean-Marie Gobeaux, Team Leader of the Infrastructure Team, DG Enlargement, European Commission presented mechanisms and procedures of institutional building tool TAIEX usage. Nataliya Kyrychenko, Deputy Director of Twinning Programme Administration Office informed about TAIEX application in Ukraine, key achievements, challenges and prospects.
Representatives from beneficiaries Ukrainian state authorities presented experience of TAIEX instrument usage, commented and gave suggestions to improve its implementation in Ukraine.
Also in the meeting took part Krasimira Gecheva, project manager in the transport, environment and energy, European Commission DG Enlargement
