The workshop was aimed at introduction of representatives of government agencies with special and practical achievements in implementing Twinning projects in Poland and Ukraine, as well as on improvement of practical experience in the developing of budget documentation of Twinning projects.
Introductory remarks to the participants made First Deputy Head of MDCSU Volodymyr Tkach. In his speech he stressed on the importance of this event which promotes the transfer of experience in the Polish side in the sphere of integration into the European Union of Ukrainian colleagues.
From the Polish side in the event took part Joanna Boyko - Head, Department of programs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland, Monica Kos - Head, Department of Public Finance Audit of Ministry of Finance of Poland,Isabella Nowakowski - Vice-President of the Foundation of cooperation between Republic of Poland and Ukraine and Malgorzata Mrovyets, Head of Department for the Treasury of Ministry of Finance of Poland.
The seminar was also attended by representatives of Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to Standards of the European Union, including Deputy Director Natalia Kyrychenko, head of the Unit for cooperation with SIGMA Programme Olesia Tsykaliuk and Chief Consultant of Unit for coordination of Twinning and SIGMA instruments Iryna Luchynska.
