Serhiy Kucheruk, Director of the Center for adaptation of the civil service to the standards of the European Union addressed greeting words to the participants of the seminar. He stated that currently Ukraine is at the beginning of its way to the implementation of decartelized management system of the EU external assistance and the European experience of the EU member state may facilitate the given process for Ukraine.
In addition to this, in the event took part the Polish experts, the representative of Twinning Programme Administrative Office and the Ukrainian state bodies.
