The Meeting between Deputy Head of the Accounting Chamber of Ukraine and SIGMA experts

On July 27, 2010 in the premises of the Accounting Chamber of Ukraine the meeting between Oleksandr Yaremenko, Deputy Head of the Accounting Chamber of Ukraine, and SIGMA experts took place.

During the meeting all the participants discussed the road map of the draft report of the SIGMA program in the areas of public financial management, internal control and external audit.

It was decided to start preparation of the Twinning Project Fiche “Support for Functioning of the Supreme Body of Financial Control in Ukraine in Accordance with the European External Audit Standards” by the Accounting Chamber of Ukraine.

Taras Prytula, the Head of the Department of the International Cooperation, Accounting Chamber of Ukraine, Mykhaylo Tolstanov, Deputy Head of the Department of the International Cooperation, Accounting Chamber of Ukraine, Joop Vrolijk, Senior adviser Audit and Financial Control, Peter Brooke, Former Civil Service Public Finance,Noel Hepworth, Former Chief Executive and the Head of International Relations CIPFA, Andrew Anderson, Audit Manager for Audit Scotland, Eleonora Nikolaichuk, Sector Manager, Public Finance, Twinning, TAIEX and SIGMA, the ECD and Nataliya Kyrychenko, Deputy Director of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union took part in the meeting.
