The purpose of this meeting was caused by the need to develop a common position of the Ukrainian side on the final version of the Framework Document of theComprehensive Institutional Building Programme (CIB) in preparation for a joint video conference to agree the final version of above mentioned document. The specified event to be held in the premises of the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine on July 21, 2010. 

During the meeting attendees had an opportunity to exchange views on key provisions of the Framework Document and to discuss their acceptability and effectiveness for the Ukrainian side, as well as within the EU - Ukraine Cooperation. On the results of the meeting participants agreed joint guidelines for Ukrainian delegation on indicated videoconference.
