Nataliya Kyrychenko, Deputy Director of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union/Deputy Head of the Twinning Administration Office attended the conference this year from the Ukrainian side.
The conference provides an opportunity to develop and facilitate a network of contact points, to exchange best practices and experiences among all stakeholders and discuss the three aforesaid instruments of EU assistance. The event was organised by the Institution Building Unit of the Directorate General for Enlargement and the Multi-Country Programmes Unit of the EuropeAid Co-operation Office.
The goal of the meeting is to introduce the perspectives of enlargement policy and European Neighbourhood Policy Instrument, presentation of specific institutional capacity building tools and discussion between the National Contact Points to share best practices.
