Reports on these issues have been made by First Deputy Head of MDCSU Volodymyr Tkach and First Deputy Head of Kiev City State Administration Anatoliy Golubchenko.

As a result of a joint board meeting it was agreed to prepare proposals to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to amend the recommendation list of offices, departments and other units of the Kiev City State Administration, to upgrade distribution of duties between the Chairman and his deputies of Kiev City State Administration etc.

A joint board meeting was attended by Advisor to Prime Minister of Ukraine, representative of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in Kyiv City Council and the Kyiv City State Administration Mykola Biloblotsky, MDCSU Board members, members of the Board of the Kyiv City State Administration, representatives of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Administration of President of Ukraine, deputy head of department in Kyiv City State Administration with organizational personnel matters, as well as representatives of the working group on functional review of the Kyiv City State Administration and its district administrations in Kiev.
