Discussion on the Concept of public personnel policy

A meeting on discussion of the Concept of public personnel policy was held under the chairmanship of the Head of the MDSCU Tymofiy Motrenko.

The purpose of the Concept of public personnel policy (hereinafter - the Concept) - promoting the implementation of civil service reform in Ukraine, bringing it to EU standards. The Concept is aimed at promoting modern, professional, virtuous, politically neutral, sustainable civil service, which appointment is according to merit, professional qualifications, relevant skills, experience and personal abilities.

Deputy Head of MDCSU Olena Tertyshna, Director of Department for Personnel of State Bodies and Local Self-Government Authorities Yuri Pizhuk, Deputy Director of Department for Personnel of State Bodies and Local Self-Government Authorities Olena Shapran, Deputy Director of the Department - Head of Division for HRM of Local State Administrations and Local Self-Government Bodies Service Lubov Shevchuk, Head of the International Development Projects and European Integration Division Eugen Nihay, Deputy Director of the School of Senior Civil Service Tatiana Pazhytnova, Head of the Unit for Coordination of Twinning and SIGMA instruments of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union Olena Cherniy took part in the discussion.
