The main topics for discussion were: experience in providing electronic public services and modern technologies of business communication in settling everyday issues of executive bodies; principles and informational technologies of National Database of Civil Servants as basis for development of informational and analytical system of functional civil service management; experience and perspectives of e-governance system implementation in the state bodies and others. It was organized for central and local state authorities.
Director of Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union Serhiy Kucheruk came forward with the presentation about e-governance system implementation as a priority of helding of public administration and civil service reform. He claims that the above mentioned process is one of the targets of program on these reforms.
The experience of e-governance of MDCSU was presented by Head of E-Government Projects Division of MDCSU Mykola Kucherov and Yuriy Shchepotko, Head of the Electronic Government Unit of Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union. Deputy Director of Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union Volodymyr Dunaiev also participated in the event.
