The Twinning project involves implementation of the seven components: approximation of the legislation, market analysis, the cost of interconnection, separate accounts, cost and financing of universal service,  technical regulations of the numbers transfer, organizational development of the NCURC.

During the meeting the second draft of the Twinning Fiche was introduced. In addition, participants discussed the possibility of further implementation of the future Twinning project, as well as next steps in the preparation of Twinning Fiche.

In the meeting took part representatives from NCURC were commissioners of the NCURC Lydmyla Artiushenko and Volodymyr Pashchuk, Tetyana Farmagey, the Head of Department of International Cooperation and European Integration, Olena Cherniy,head of the Unit for coordination of Twinning and Sigma instruments of Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union.
