Work group consists of Oleksandr Sitalo, Deputy Head of MDCSU,   Serhiy Kucheruk, Director of Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union,Oleksandr Borys, Head of Unit  for Observation of Civil Service and Anti-Corruption Legislature Requirements of Legal Department of MDCSU, Head of Internal Financial Control Sector of Administratively-Financial Department of MDCSU Mykola Zinchuk, Head of territorial department of  MDCSU  Andriy Yatsenko and his Deputy Liubov Seminska, representatives of Secretariat of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, Ministry of Regional Development and Construction of Ukraine.

The assignment was aimed at complex functional review holding with the purpose to optimize structure of Kherson regional and district state aministrations and making it appropriate to recommendation list.

During the 5-days trip members of above mentioned Work group met Head of  Kherson Regional State Administration (KRSA) Anatoliy Hrytsenko, his Deputies, Heads of structural units of KRSA, Head of HR unit and also heads of Kherson District State Administrations and territorial bodies of such Central Executive Bodies in Kherson region, as Ministry of Transport and Communication of Ukraine, State ecological inspection (Ministry for Environmental Protection of Ukraine), territorial division of Ministry of Emergency of Ukraine, State Employment and others. On the results of those meetings the discussion over received information and previous conclusions of the functional review took place.

The report on Kherson region State Administrations functional review and proposition to optimization of their structure will be prepared as the overall conclusions of the assignment.
