During the event Head of Main Department of the Civil Service of Ukraine Tymofiy Motrenko told about appropriate ways of the executive bodies of Ukraine system and structure optimization according to functional reviews. The result of the Council became the decision to develop conception and strategy of  Public Reform realization in Ukraine.
