Meetings on the SIGMA Programme Expert Mission proceed

On April 8, 2010 meetings between SIGMA programme experts Peter Brooke, Noel Hepworth and representatives of the Kyiv City State Administration (KCSA), Ministry of Health of Ukraine was held. Issues concerned state budget, control spending, government cooperation within the state budget process and issues on audit were discussed during the meeting. Ukrainian participants emphasized on some problematic issues in this sphere to be discussed with foreign colleagues.

Viktor Padalka, the Deputy Head of the KCSA, the Head of the Department of Finance and Iryna Artiukh, the Deputy Head of the Department of Finance of the KCSA, Oleg Levytskyy, the Director of Department of Economy, Finance and Accounting and Zhanna Tsynilova, the Head of the Department of International Cooperation and Eurointegration participated in the meeting.

Olesya Tsykaliuk, Acting Head, Twinning and SIGMA Instruments Coordination Unit, representative of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union also attended the meetings.
