The new structure of the MDCSU joined into force since January 1, 2010.
According to the tasks of the MDCSU for 2010 in the structure of the Head Office of the MDCSU was created the Legal Department – on the basis of the previous Legal Department, the Civil Service Modernization Department was created – on the basis of the Civil Service Policy and Development Strategy Analysis Department.
The events on the training of the civil servants and the officials of the Local Self-Government at the one Department were concentrated by the creating the Sector of Economy with 2 established posts in the structure of the Occupational Training Organization of Civil Servants and Local Self-Government Officials Department.
No number of stuff the MDCSU was increased.
