Andriy Vyshnevsky shortly described the importance of monitoring and evaluation in the opening speech. He emphasized the need of further state governance system improvement especially in the frameworks of new EU-Ukrainian relations format.
Dr. Marian Murava the Head of “The EU Support to the Partnership and Cooperation Agreement Implementation Project” and the experts of one presented the results of own activity and summed up the results of Project implementation.
Moreover, participants discussed the needs and expectations of Ukraine concerning the use of best practices in the sphere of European integration and public administration, especially in the frameworks of new EU-Ukrainian relations context.
Svitlana Kulikova, the Head of Department on monitoring of EU-Ukrainian relations, Lesya Antonuk, the Deputy Head of Department on monitoring of EU-Ukrainian relations, Oksana Dayko the Head of Department on European integration of the Ministry of Science and Education of Ukraine, Volodymyr Karazin, the Deputy Head of the Sevastopol State Government Administration, Dr. Janosh Zakonyi, the Leader of the Implementation Twinning Operations in Ukraine Project, Jolanta Taczyńska, the Head of Ukrainian-European Policy and Legal Advice Centre (UEPLAC), Dieter Schimanke, the representative of the Project on Support of Public Administration Reform in Ukraine of the German Technical Assistance Partnership as well as representatives of National Academy for Public Administration Reform under the President of Ukraine also participated in the Conference.
