Meeting of Ms Tetiana Kovtun with Mr Jorge de la Caballeria and Ms Johanna Ms. Johanna Jablonska with regard to Twinning instrument

On October 1, 2009, Ms Tetiana Kovtun, the Director of the Center for Adaptation of Civil Service to the Standards of European Union, met with Mr Jorge de la Caballeria, Head of the Unit Multi-country Programmes within the DG EuropeAid, and Ms Johanna Jablonska, Manager of Twinning projects in the TACIS countries.

During the meeting, the following issues were discussed:

- State and prospects of the application of the Twinning instrument in Ukraine;

- Content of the Third Annual Conference on Twinning instrument planned on November, 19, 2009;

- Procedural issues of the application of the Twinning instrument and other modalities in the framework of the Eastern Partnership.
