In the introductory word Tymofij Motrenko noticed that the civil servants of MDCSU must be professionally united for implementation of the foreground MDCSU’s tasks which usage and introduction will become positive for the country.
During the conference, Volodymyr Tkach, the First Depchief of MDCSU informed of the preceding operating results of MDCSU for 2008 and resources conservation in connection with the fiscal discipline in 2009.
Volodymyr Buyal'skiy, the Deputy Head of MDCSU, informed of the state normative legal works of MDCSU in 2008 and tasks for 2009.
Andriy Vishnevskiy, the Deputy Head of MDCSU, informed of the results of the realization of MDCSU’s Activity Priorities in 2008 and concerning the MDCSU’s Policy for 2009.
Victor Kovtun, the Vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Trade Union of the State Institution Employees of Ukraine informed of the activity of trade-union organizations, in particular, about the actions of the Central Committee of the Trade Union of the State Institution Employees of Ukraine in relation to the strengthening socio-economic protection of civil servants in the conditions of financial and economic crisis, he also rewarded Yurij Pizhuk, the Chairman of the Trade-Union Committee of MDCSU, the Director of the Department for the Personnel of State Authorities and Local Self-Government with the «Diploma of the Central Committee of the Trade Union of the State Institution Employees of Ukraine» for the high level of providing rights and guarantees of the organized labours, ponderable contribution to the development of professional organization and exemplary performance of duties.
Yurij Pizhuk, the Director of the Department for the Personnel of State Authorities and Local Self-Government, informed of the results of activity of trade-union organization of MDCSU in 2008 year and tasks for 2009.
In his closing speech Tymofij Motrenko, the Head of MDCSU, fixed on the issues of perfection of work in the MDCSU’s Head-Office, results of work in 2008, in particular executive decisions, the personnel development, communicative and informative events, scientific researches and the organization of scientific activity, as well as the MDCSU’s activity priorities for 2009 under the restrictions of funding and expenditure constraints.
