Director of the Center for adaptation of the civil service to the standards of the European Union Tetyana Kovtun in the frameworks of working visit to Baku took part in the international conference

On January, 21, 2009 director of the Center for adaptation of the civil service to the standards of the European Union – director of the Administrative office of the Twinning program Tetyana Kovtun in the frameworks of working visit to Baku, Azerbaijanian Republic took part in the international conference on the questions of using of Twinning instrument.

During the mentioned conference Tetyana Kovtun presented the experience of Ukraine in the sphere of using the institutional instrument Twinning: organization of management of Twinning, the program process and problem questions. Co-ordinator of instruments Twinning, TAIEX and SIGMA, for Ukraine and Azerbaijan of the General Directorate of European Commission „EuroHelp” Oliv’e Vanh’onaker presented the use of TAIEX instrument in the countries on which the European Neighborhood and Russian policy spreads on.

Also the head of the SIGMA program Bob Bonvitt presented experience of this program in relation to the administrative reform in countries on which the European Neighborhood policy spreads on.
