On April, 2010 the assignment of Deputy Head of Main department of Civil Service of Ukraine (MDCSU) Andriy Vyshnevsky to Brussels (the Kingdom of Belgium) began. It was aimed at taking part in the workshop for Resident Twinning Advisors and lasted till 16 April.

On 19 April, 2010 5-day assignment of Work group on functional review of local State Administrations in Kherson region began. The work group consists of  Oleksandr Sitalo, Deputy Head of MDCSU,   Serhiy Kucheruk, Director of Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union, Oleksandr Borys, Head of Unit  for Observation of Civil Service and Anti-Corruption Legislature Requirements of Legal Department of MDCSU, Head of Internal Financial Control Sector of Administratively-Financial Department of MDCSUMykola Zinchuk and representatives of Secretariat of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, Ministry of regional Development and Construction of Ukraine.

On April 28, 2010 in the premises of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine under the chairmanship of Valeria Lutkovska, Deputy Minister of Justice, and John Kjaer, the Head of the Unit on Ukraine, Belorussia and Southern Caucasus of European Commission Directorate General for External Affairs the Joint Session of the Subcommittee №6 “Justice, Freedom and Security” of the EU – Ukraine Cooperation Committee took place. 

On April 26 – 28, 2010 in the premises of the National Center for Business and Cultural Cooperation “Ukrainskyy Dim” the Fourth International “Europe - Ukraine” Forum took place. The Forum was dedicated to the discussion of the situation in Ukraine after presidential election campaign. In particular, it touched upon the changes in the Government of Ukraine and its further cooperation with the neighboring countries.  

On April 26 – 28, 2010 in the premises of the National Center for Business and Cultural Cooperation “Ukrainskyy Dim” the Fourth International “Europe - Ukraine” Forum took place. On April 26, 2010 in the premises of the Main Department of Civil Service of Ukraine the work meeting within the framework of the Twinning project Support to Development of the System of Public Service Delivering for Family, Children and Youth took place. The State Social Service for Family, Children and Youth is the beneficiary of the Project.

On April 26, 2010 in the premises of the Main Department of Civil Service of Ukraine the meeting of the work group on functional review of Kyiv State Local Administration and Regional Administrations in Kyiv was held.

The assignment of Work group on functional review of  State Administrations in Kherson region ends today.

On April 22, 2010 in the premises of the Main Department of the Civil Service of Ukraine the meeting of Head of the Twinning and SIGMA Instruments Coordination Unit  Olena Cherniy and Acting Head of the Sector for Monitoring of Institutional Instruments Viktor Kozlov with representatives of the Main State Inspection for Plant Quarantine of Ukraine, in particular with Head of Sector for Cooperation with International Organizations Svitlana Sklarenko and her Deputy Head Anatoliy Kravchuk took place.

The assignment of Director of Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union Serhiy Kucheruk to Kherson as a member of Work group on functional review of local State Administrations in Kherson region proceeds.
