According to an order of the Head of MDSCU Tymofiy Motrenko, the working group for drafting the Concept of State Program on Modernization of Public Administration and Civil Service in 2011-2015 began its work on the basis of the hotel-restaurant complex "Pushcha-Lisova"(village Moschun in Kyiv-Svyatoshin district of Kyiv region). The working group headed by Deputy Head of MDSCU Andrii Vyshnevskyi. 

A meeting on discussion of the Concept of public personnel policy was held under the chairmanship of the Head of the MDSCU Tymofiy Motrenko.

On June 2, 2010 Head of the e-governance Unit of Center for adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union Yuriy Schepotko attended Microsoft Summit on Virtualization.

On June 2, 2010 the meeting between Tymofiy Motrenko, Head of the Main Department of Civil Service of Ukraine (MDCSU), and Dr. Marcus Cornaro, Director Europe, Southern Mediterranean, Middle East and Neighbourhood Policy, EuropeAid Co-operation office took place in the premises of the Delegation of the EU to Ukraine.

On June 2, 2010 in the premises of the School for Senior Civil Service the meeting with Svetla Annachkova, the Resident Advisor of the Twinning Project under the title Support of the Ministry of Environmental Protection of Ukraine in implementation of the Law “On Ecological Audit” was held. The Ministry of Environmental Protection of Ukraine is the beneficiary of the Project.

On May 31, 2010 the second steering committee meeting of the EU project “Ukrainian-European Policy and Legal Advice Centre” (UEPLAC) was held under the chairmanship of the Director of Bureau of European integration of the Secretary of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Yevhen Perelygin in the GOV Building.

On May 31, 2010 in the premises of the National Academy of Public Administration under the Office of the President of Ukraine (NAPA) the work meeting regarding Twinning project"Support to the Development and Improvement of the Civil Servants Training System in Ukraine" took place, beneficiaries of which are the Main Department of Civil Service of Ukraine (MDCSU) and NAPA. 

26 of May the 6th Internal Audit Community of Practice Plenary Meeting PEM PAL (Public Expenditure Management Peer Assisted Learning) started in Yalta.

On May 27, 2010 the second Steering Committee meeting of the Twinning project  "Enhancing performance of InvestUkraine: The Ukrainian Centre for Foreign Investment Promotion in line with best European practices" took place in the premises of the Ukrainian Centre for Foreign Investment Promotion (InvestUkraine).

On May 27, 2010 Head of the Main Department of Civil Service of Ukraine Tymofiy Motrenko held a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic to Ukraine Jacques Faure.
