On April 20, 2010 the 3rd steering committee meeting in the framework of Twinning project "Support to the Academy of Judges of Ukraine " was held. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the project implementation during the 3rd  quarter, beneficiary of which is Academy of Judges of Ukraine.

On April 20, 2010 under the chairmanship of the Deputy Director of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union Volodymyr Dunaiev there was held the work meeting on the formation of analytical system of the support for decision making on the base of Resolution of the program product of analytical data processing Oracle Business Intelligence (Oracle BI).

From May 11 till May 14, 2010 on the Ukrainian side invitation lasts the mission of SIGMA expert Peder Blomberg and Legal Advisor EPP Gheorghe Cazan.

On May 13, 2010 the closure conference of Twinning project “Support to the Strengthening of Road Freight and Passengers Transport Safety” was held. Among the beneficiaries of the project there were the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine and State Automobile Inspection of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The goal of the project was to increase the level of road safety in Ukraine. The Project included legislation and institutional components.  

On May 12, 2010 in the premises of Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine the 6-th sitting of the Twinning Project Steering Committee "Support to Strengthening of Road Freight and Passenger Transport Safety in Ukraine" was held. It was dedicated to coordination of the quarterly report for the last implementation period, discussion of the future plans of cooperation within the framework of the above mentioned project and final report overview.

On 12 May, 2010 Main Department of Civil Service of Ukraine (MDCSU) held a meeting on preparation of Institutional Reform Plan in the sphere of sanitary and phyto-sanitary in the framework of Comprehensive Institutional Building Programme (CIB).

On May 12, 2010 at the premises of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine the meeting between the representatives of Ukraine and Poland took place. The issues on the European Union initiative “Eastern Partnership” and the Polish contribution to its preparation and subsequent implementation were discussed. 

Deputy Head of Main Department of Civil Service of Ukraine Andriy Vyshnevsky and Director of Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union Serhiy Kucheruk took part in the meeting on holding of functional review of Kyiv City State Administration and District State in the City of Kiev Administrations. The meeting took place in the premises of Kyiv City State Administration.

On May 6, 2010  Tymofii Motrenko, Head of the Main Department of Civil Service of Ukraine, attended the meeting on improvement of state and administrative services in Ukraine, which was chaired by Vice-Prime-Minister Serhii Tihipko and took place in the premises of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

On 5 May, 2010 staff of the Main Department of Civil Service of Ukraine (MDCSU) led by its Head Tymofiy Motrenko visited Tarashcha's Geriatric Home where they greeted veterans on the occasion of 65 anniversary of Victory in Great Patriotic War – alive witnesses of those cruel times.
