On October 10, 2013 representatives of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union conducted the working meeting with the European expert regarding the Twinning project preparation “Support to the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine on the Security Upgrade on the Roads of Ukraine”, where the MIU is the beneficiary of the Project.

Within the framework of the meeting the issues on the Twinning Fiche preparation were considered, in particular the Project outcomes and the events preparation for its further implementation were up for discussion.

Yan Yakuschenko, senior consultant of the Project Management Unit of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union took part in the event.  

 For reference: since 2005 according to the Decree of the President of Ukraine dated on October 6, 2005 № 1424/2005 «The Issue on the Twinning Programme Implementation in Ukraine» the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service directs and coordinates the activity on preparation and implementation the Twinning Programme in Ukraine. Moreover the NAUCS is considered to be the national coordinator of the institutional building instrument TAIEX and CIB Programme according to the relevant regulatory acts
