On January 29, 2014 at the premises of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Communal Living of Ukraine (MRDCCLU) the working meeting regarding the contract preparation of the Twinning project “Legislative and Institutional Capacity Strengthening of the MRDCCLU regarding Household Wastes” which is implemented by the consortium in cooperation with the Republic of Austria, the French Republic and the Kingdom of Spain was held.

During the event all the peculiarities of the contract preparation of the Twinning project above mentioned were considered. Further direction of cooperation within the framework of the project documentation preparation was arranged as well as the dates for the next missions of foreign experts were determined.  

Anastasiya Terech, the Head of the Twinning Projects Coordination Unit of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union, representatives of the Beneficiary Party, some foreign experts attended the meeting.

For reference: since 2005 according to the Decree of the President of Ukraine dated on
October 6, 2005 № 1424/2005 «The Issue on the Twinning Programme Implementation in Ukraine» the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service (the NAUCS) directs and coordinates the activity on preparation and implementation of the Twinning Programme in Ukraine. Moreover the NAUCS is considered to be the national coordinator of the institutional building instrument TAIEX and CIB Programme according to the relevant regulatory acts.
