On February 25, 2014 the working meeting of the representatives of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union with the personnel services of the State Commission for Regulation of Financial Services Markets of Ukraine on provision the methodological consultative assistance on the operation of automated personnel records system "Card" was held.

Issues regarding the "Staff List" subsystem operation, procedures for the appointment, dismissal and transferring employees within the automated personnel records system "Card", backing up data and system recovery after failures were presented for the specialists of the State Commission for Regulation of Financial Services Markets of Ukraine.
