On June 24-25 ,2015 at the premises of National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service the second tour of Annual of nationwide competition for the best civil servant (hereinafter – Competition) took place.

The main goal of the Competition is professional growth, openness, institutional capacity of civil service, increasing its authority trough generalization of working experience of the best civil servants.

The Head of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service Kostiantyn Vashchenko welcomed the attendees of the Competition and wished the success, victory and inspiration in their further work.

During the first day of the Competition the Seminar on professional development of representatives of government authorities took place. Within the framework of this seminar all the participants were introduced with instruments of institutional building Twinning, TAIEX and CIB.

Yuliia Vasylko, Deputy Head of projects management Unit of Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union presented her speech during the event.

For reference: since 2005 according to the Decree of the President of Ukraine dated on October 6, 2005 № 1424/2005 «The Issue on the Twinning Programme Implementation in Ukraine» the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service directs and coordinates the activity on preparation and implementation the Twinning Programme in Ukraine. Moreover the NAUCS is considered to be the national coordinator of the institutional building instrument TAIEX and CIB Programme according to the relevant regulatory acts.
