On December 03, 2015 at the premises of Chernihiv Center for Training and Professional Development of the Personnel of the Government Authorities, Self-local Government, State Enterprises, Establishments and Organizations the IV International Scientific and Practical Conference “Rоzumovskі Meetings” (hereinafter – the Conference) was held.

Serhii Bykonia, Deputy Head of Chernigiv Regional State Administration welcomed the participants and emphasized on importance of public administration modernization and improvement of national legislative base.

Maryna Kanavets, Director of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union, on behalf of the Head of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service Kostiantyn Vashchenko extended greetings to the participants of “Rozumovski Meetings”. During the speech, Maryna Kanavets stressed on the importance of forming and realization of single state policy in area of civil service and effective implementation of public administration reform according to the EU standards.

During the Conference the aspects of development of civil service in Ukraine under today challenges, current state of decentralization and territorial reform in Ukraine were discussed.

In this Conference took part scientists, academic staff, representatives of central executive authorities and self-government, foreign experts, members of the public, journalists and other stakeholders.
