On February 1, 2016 at the premises of  Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine the selection meeting of the partners for Twinning project «Support to the State Border Guard of Ukraine in further development IBM approaches for travel documents verification and of stolen vehicles detection" for the Administration of the  State Border Guard Service of Ukraine (hereinafter - SBGS).

The abovementioned Twinning Project implementation presupposes improve the level of prevention of illegal migration and combating crime in Ukraine by establishing an integrated border management system.

During the meeting some proposals regarding prospective cooperation within the framework of the Twinning project which had been received from a consortium of the countries including the Federal Republic of Germany, the Lithuanian Republic and Polish Republic.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany to Ukraine Christof Weil, representatives of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Ukraine and the Embassy of Lithuanian Republic in Ukraine, the Head of the Regional Department of Federal Police of Germany in Hannover, representatives of the - SBGS and the EU Delegation to Ukraine took part in this event. Senior consultant of the Administrative Reform Projects, Sigma and CIB Division of the Projects Management Unit of the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union  Viktoriia Nazarenko attended the meeting.
