On March 29, 2016 the working meeting of the Head of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service Kostiantyn Vashchenko with the Head of the Hanns Seidel Foundation in Ukraine Sergey Zahornyi and the assistant to the Head Elena Maksymova.
The working meeting is organized with the aim to discuss further cooperation in the framework of the formation of an effective system of human resources management on the civil service in Ukraine.
In particular, during the meeting examined the development and effective implementation of the training programme “Human resources management on the civil service” which will promote to the implementation of the Human resources management system on the civil service and reorientation of the human resources services of government authorities on personnel document circulation. The participants discussed the semantic content of the educational material of the training programme, key objectives and indicative thematic plan for its implementation.
The Director of the Center for Adaptation of Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union Maryna Kanavets and Deputy Director of School of Senior Civil Service Larysa Zhabenko took part in the meeting.
For the reference: the training programme “On Human Resource Management on the civil service” was designed according to the Action Programme of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and approved by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine as of December 11, 2014 № 26, Strategy for Sustainable Development “Ukraine – 2020” approved by the Decree of the President of Ukraine as of January 12, 2015 № 5/2015, Strategy of Local Self-Government Reform in Ukraine for the period until 2017, approved by the Order of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of March18, 2015 No 227-r.
The training programme is aimed at introducing the transformation instruments of the existing structural units to work with personnel in government authorities to service for human resource management, focusing on their analytical and organizational work of personnel management, forecasting of the staff development, career planning of the civil servants providing their education etc.
