On December 14–16, 2016 at the premises of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service (NAUCS) a three-day training “Organizing and Conducting Competency-Oriented Interviews (Structured Interview, STAR, and PARLA) and Estimation of Personnel by “Assessment Center” and “360-Degrees Assessment” was conducted. The event was organized by the NAUCS and the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to Standards of the EU under support of the Panel on Public Administration Reform of the Thematic Platform 1 “Democracy, Good Governance and Stability” of the EU initiative “Eastern Partnership”.
Experts of HR services had the opportunity to get acquainted with the experience of the selection procedure and evaluation of civil servants activity in the EU Member States and Eastern Partnership countries, as well as acquire modern recruitment technologies in the civil service.
While working in groups representatives of government authorities of Ukraine, Eastern Partnership countries in cooperation with international and Ukrainian experts were able to work out and reinforce new knowledge and skills on various mechanisms and procedures of staff evaluating and assessment of candidates for holding vacant civil service positions.
According to the results of the training participants received their certificates.
