Working meeting with representatives of the EU Project “Association4U” – “Association for Ukraine and for you”

On May 19, 2017 at the premises of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service the working meeting with the representatives of the EU Project “Association4U” – “Association for Ukraine and for you” took place.

The working meeting was held in order to discuss the draft Strategy of Professional Development and Advanced Training for Civil Servants and Local Self-Government Officials in the Area of European and Euro-Atlantic Integration till 2020 and the Action Plan on its realization.

The event was organized by the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union in accordance with the Point 5 of Minutes No 6 of the Governmental Committee for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration, International Cooperation and Regional Development as of April 13, 2017.

During the meeting the participants discussed and expressed their views on the content of the draft Strategy and Action plan on its realization.

As a result of the event participants agreed on their positions on draft Act as well as considered to finalize draft Strategy and Action Plan on its realization with relevant comments till May 25, 2017.

On behalf of the EU Project “Association4U” – “Association for Ukraine and for you” the meeting was attended by Key Expert on Human Resource Development Mark Pinder, Short Term Expert Marc van den Muijzenberg and Senior Training Fellow Liudmyla Cherniaha.

EU Project “Association4U” – “Association for Ukraine and for you” is funded by the European Union and realized jointly with the Government Office for European Integration, Office of the Vice Prime Minister on European and Euro-Atlantic Integration and the Line Ministries, implementing the Association Agreement.

The Project is implemented by the Consortium led by GFA Consulting Group Gmbh.

The main objective of the Project is to enhance the capacities and performance of the Ukraine’s governmental institutions to comprehensively implement their commitments arising from the Association Agreement.
